I'm £70 down in Cheltenham so far. Not having another bet till Friday for the cup day.
I don't bet on horse racing, but only had about 5 football bets this season. One has won so I'm breaking even. Got out of the habit of betting every week.
Probably a wise decision. I don't really bet on horses either . Mainly do the Cheltenham festival and grand national.

only had a few quid in my Skybet account and with the majority of the football over i thought id pop the last bits on a couple of Sky Vegas games and what a load of s**** that is <laugh> anytime you do win you always get just your stake back on most things, did get me thinking though about how easy it would be for them to completely rig these types of games, how can you truly regulate online games like this, i mean the football and other sports betting is always going to have true randomness but the online casinos are so dodgy and open to dishonest practices, its easy to see how people can be sucked into these money sinks, and how can you ever stop these companies from having say "house accounts" that they can give payouts to, to get around the 1 in 4 **** and then have the winnings just plowed back into the system. <erk>

A lot of people say the same about SkyVegas, first few months you will win often then when you play more you will just lose every game, if it wasn't sky they would be going out of business by now as it seems the practices and payouts are not set up for longevity, SkyVegas has zero fun in it to me so i just avoid now, really they should at least be having encouraging payouts but i guess the name brings a steady supply of customers so they don't really need to retain existing ones via fair play.

I think I'm done with it now, still use Skybet as my online betting site but can't be bothered with Vegas now. The standard payouts are awful on the slots, £1 spins and regularly winning 25p isn't worth it.

I'd be going for a Chile win.

Edit: just realised the match finished ages ago and I was correct <parrot>

Been betting the Virtuals lately Sprintvalley (Will Hill and Paddy Power) often has a 12/1 winner within the first four races - £2 wins only
