Trying to deal with tradesmen.
Contacted 5 since the beginning of last week, all with good reviews on checkatrade etc (with plenty of reviews and recent reviews) and only one has got back to me. That one was supposed to be here tonight before 7pm, f*** all sign of him so can scrub him off the list.

Having the shits, it’s like I sit on the bog and someone turns on a tap out of my arse. Luckily I’m off work today as it came on out of nowhere, did what I thought was a wet fart that turned out not too be just a fart....good post holiday detox I guess.

Explain what went wrong but also confirm that you've had a retrospective and have identified ways to stop it ever happening again.

No internet at home for the best part of 2 weeks due to Sky f***ing up my switch from standard broadband to fibre. I couldn't get any time off work until next Monday to be at home for an engineer to visit, and if they sent someone at a weekend it's classed as a premium appointment and they were telling me I had to pay them £15 for the appointment even tho it's a result of their cock up!

Get really angry and yell at them and then threaten, in an incoherent rant, to toss them into a volcano and take a s*** in said volcano....

Only works if you state it's an active volcano. Else it's like threaning to lob someone into a pothole.
