I think I've finally reached the end of my tether with my job after 10 years with the same company.

Walk in every morning now thinking "same s***, different day" and it's been like that for about 6 months and not even sure a decent pay rise would get me to stay any longer.

Feel I've taken them as far as I can in a decade and just want to try somewhere new with new challenges.

I don't hate the place but if I stay much longer then I'm confident it'll become hatred.

So; anyone got a job going?

I get bored as f***, longest I’ve worked at one organisation is 5 years, generally do about 3 years.

When you walk into a building and it's the lower ground floor, so you have to walk up one flight of stairs just to get to the ground floor and if your'e going to the first floor (i.e. where my office is) it's two flights of stairs.

I could take the lift but I'm not a fat bastard.

Yes I generally feel that lower ground floors should only really exist on buildings that are actually built into hills, where there are legit entrances on multiple levels of the hill. A basement flat is not the "lower ground floor".
