Photography
A thread for any of you budding photographers out there or just anyone that takes interest in pictures.
I'm currently getting into it, got myself a Canon 1100d, nothing special but decent. I'm pretty much a noob and have only been out with my camera once and that was in January but I'm going out again after the derby to hone my skills a tad. Will post some of my pics here, most of them I've took when basically fiddling around.
First pic I took, you may recognise this as my old avatar.
The rest of these are from when I went into Newcastle after the match in January just testing the camera out.
I'll probably post a few more later.

Looking good. Here's a couple of mine from over the last few years.
Editted out the last one, file was enormous and I can't be arsed resizing.

This is probably one of the only photos I've taken of late that aren't Recce pictures. Nothing fancy but ah well.
Re: Photography

A few of mine from the last year.
Re: Photography
The last one is easily the best .
Re: Photography
Two more I taken on the same day as the one I posted above. The framing of these two ended up being used in a short film I did late last year.

Re: Photography
Got a few more, might dump them here on Sunday/Monday after the derby as I'll be taking a few more snaps. Got a longer time period as well since it's a 12 o'clock kick off.Mifune wrote:I really like your ones of the bridges.DavideDuck wrote:

Try and get the classic shot of a streetful of black and white shirts walking towards the ground. That'll look sweet!DavideDuck wrote:Got a few more, might dump them here on Sunday/Monday after the derby as I'll be taking a few more snaps. I'll be carrying a lot of gear so I'll only be taking snaps after the match, don't want any stewards turning me away either.I want curly hair wrote:Try and get the classic shot of a streetful of black and white shirts walking towards the ground. That'll look sweet!DavideDuck wrote:

Re: Photography
Austria, very close to the German border and thus Bavaria. Explored the alps a few years ago through every country they run through except Slovenia. Got some great shots as you'd imagine. Where's your snow scene taken?
Re: Photography
Anyone got any requests for some snaps?
Shots of landmarks, streets etc.

Ah. Sounds good, I would like to do that one day. One of my favourite flights was from London to Rome because you flew right over the alps which was really good. Feel free to post more photos of them .skalpel wrote:Austria, very close to the German border and thus Bavaria.
