Definitely. Probably with Almiron slipping in behind WilsonBodacious Benny wrote: ↑Fri Sep 11, 2020 10:54 amYeah doesn’t look bad. Long term Fraser > Joelinton for sure though.

That’s the line-up I’d go for and also expect Bruce to go for. Solid team!
Re: The Callum Wilson Thread
Have to say as someone who's been dead against the takeover, if I'd been asleep all (short) summer break and someone told me about the signings we'd made I'd be hugely optimistic about the work done and the season to come. In fact I still am. Great starting lineup.

This exactly what I'm thinking. Except I'll have a different bench..CIH wrote: ↑Fri Sep 11, 2020 10:34 amI think Wilson will be starting, I think he has to really. I'm excited to see him play. This is what I'd like/expect to see.

The front three behind Wilson can probably mix around really, be good to see what Joelinton could do in his preferred position with a proper striker ahead of him. I don't see Fraser starting because he's had no football at all for six months. I can see him coming off the bench, though. Apparently, Shelvey not fully fit and may not start, so put Hendrick in there.

Ritchie is down as doubtful due to injury (or potential move) which is why I went for Murphy. I went just for Dummet in defence as he can cover CB and lb. Hayden can drop back to CB or RB if need be.Sanchino wrote: ↑Fri Sep 11, 2020 6:09 pmThis exactly what I'm thinking. I think you're underestimating how often our defenders get injured.

True. Yh if Ritchie out.. put Murphy in there.
Wilson to score a hat-trick on his debut? Wonder what the odds are on that..

I got 190/1 on Ladbrokes. Now starting to think I should have waited for the team news...
