Seems like it. No other reason to join PSG, it's not like it is easier to make their first team. Their central midfield are probably better than Liverpool's tbf.

Re: Ramsey from the post before, I would 100% take him as he'd add real quality in midfield and at 30 isn't exactly over the hill.
