Nordic breads are the best (first introduced to me in Iceland). And the introduction of a local bakery called The Danish Pastry House below my office has really improved my work day.

Basically yes, I felt like everywhere I ate there I was served some vaguely similar yet still different coarse farmhouse sourdough (often rye) type bread. Always delicious. I know I was making a sweeping generalization though.Oval85 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 9:11 pmHmm, I should know what that is.Remember Colo wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 3:20 pmNordic breads are the best (first introduced to me in Iceland). Yeah, my grandfather used to make bread with rye. It keeps it moist and eatable even after a week.Remember Colo wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 9:35 pmBasically yes, I felt like everywhere I ate there I was served some vaguely similar yet still different coarse farmhouse sourdough (often rye) type bread.
