Can someone tell me why did the ref look at Bernardo Silva's incident and not on Ødegaard's? Because if he had looked at the video he would have seen the keeper goes through him to get the ball. Ødegaard is lucky to not get a ankle injury there for sure.
Did someone tell the ref to look at only City's incident? This VAR thing is becoming such a joke. All it has brought are a bunch of people who, many of them obviously doesn't know shyte about football, into the god-role of football for the most important moments in the game.

Leeds Burnley is an intresting one for us today. A Burnley win may even be the best result for us as we need Leeds to be kept in it.
I reckon it'll be Norwich and Watford plus one of us, Burnley or Leeds who end up going down.

If we win our next PL game and Burnley lose (v Leicester) we climb out of the relegation zone

I’m not too bothered about a Leeds win as when they got their players back I fully expected them to be safe. Not for the first time this season, it’s a game we have to win now.

First half was great, second half alright.
If Mané had done that in the second half probably would’ve been a red.

Maybe even their best player first half. Ralf has a job to do also. At least Ronaldo is not flopping his hands every time he doesn't get the ball. I guess that is progress

Even more amusing he was one of their better performers.
My god how far that club have fallen since SAF left. Just shows what a job he managed and legacy he left, one that’ll never be repeated there again.
It’s over to EH and the Toon soon ……

No vision at that club for years now. And although Ralf seems like someone who could have some, doesn't sound like he's been hired to fulfill a long-term role. May they continue spending lots of money with no cohesive plan for how they want to play or who they want to be.seaside nipper wrote: ↑Mon Jan 03, 2022 7:48 pmEven more amusing he was one of their better performers.

He hasn’t really had much managerial success as such has he?

He never had a squad full of star at least. I think he built Hoffenheim as a manager and partly Leipzig was it? Or Salzburg? These Redbull clubs gets confusing sometimes.Bodacious Benny wrote: ↑Tue Jan 04, 2022 4:24 pmHe hasn’t really had much managerial success as such has he?
I found it strange he was running around the bench talking to each and every employee he had it seems. You would think a man who has this kind of status would have a plan when you take over arguably the hardest manager job in the world.

It feels like a guy who's found his niche but desperately wants to leave his lane. I guess you can't blame him for trying but you have to feel that his ship has sailed in terms of being on the elite manager stage.

I'm more concerned about the use of the term wounded rather than the fairly funny Joelinton remark. There's an exit hole, and it's a f***ing cannonball
