Lascalles is never a footballer , he is a complete liability. The measure of a player is what he’s like with the ball, that guy is allergic to a football

Any optimism I had following last weeks' win has all but gone and can see it being a miserable Xmas, football wise, and all but relegated by the New Year. <negmas>

We’ve been utterly abysmal today.
This is a performance and piss poor attitude from many that has relegation written all over it.
Unacceptable today.

Be interesting to see if he persists with Lascelles, Almiron and Willock who are doing absolutely nothing to justify a place in the side.

Old habits die hard. Any team out of form sees us coming and we bend right over for them
I'm the scumbag outlaw. You're the pillar of justice. Neither of us like looking at ourselves in the mirror. Do we have a deal?
Re: Match day thread - Leicester v NUFC
willock has looked awful all season (needs to be further forward in a 3 imo). desperately need a CM
Re: Match day thread - Leicester v NUFC
It's easy to see who has been is up for the task since Howe/takeover happened, and Willock is not one of them.
Him and Lascelles are two players who look like they still play under Bruce, while most of the other has improved, at least they show more motivation.
Schar gives me the shakes every time he goes on a run with the ball because I know It will end up with the other team with the ball and our CB out of position.
Also, when one of our players runs with the ball forward, every player around him runs away from the ball or they are just watching them run into trouble. I would like to see they at least made some effort to make triangles between them sometimes and not have a ON/OFF button only to run into space. We don't have a bunch of dribblers in our team, at least not good ones, but too often it looks like many of them think they are Messi. Run into posistion, give your teammate a option for pass instead. It's hard to watch at times.

cannot for the life of me get my head around why Sean Longstaff is now so far off first team
Willock might be a good addition at home playing further up ( based on what we saw last season)
But he's not a midfielder- not when We are away anyhow .
To be fair to Howe he has improved us and shifted the dynamic- but he has limited talent at his disposal. I would say our relegation rivals Watford, Leeds and Palace all have more in midfield rfanwe do .
we're going to be really struggling to get past 35 points this term I reckon.
we need to pray that Burnley & Norwich are worse - and the wheels come off for 1 of Watford , Palace, Leeds, Brentford, Brighton , Everton

Re: Match day thread - Leicester v NUFC
We play as if we don't have any guile ability or dynamic in midfield presently. Our play today was slow and static, no options or plan except sideways , back then long to ASM or Wilson. That’s championship fitba.
Need to change this approach, especially away from home or were never getting another point away from SJP.
Today just looked like the surrender of a clueless unit.
