<notbad>
Designed in this season’s striking Carbon, Gibraltar Sea, Blazing Yellow, and White colourway
That's one way of saying navy and noon yellow.

Probably one you want to see in person before buying, I don't trust Castore to get this right on every shirt:

I knew it felt familiar!

To be honest I think there's loads of similar kits, hope we go a bit rogue again next year. Another claret and blue or similar.

My work browser not allowing me to view embedded Twitter is really killing my enjoyment of this thread.

Another stinker
Is that real?!
So this is real <puke>

Short sleeve doesn't look as bad but long sleeve is hospital pyjamas that your grandad wore

An Adidas spokesperson said: "Vertical stripes are in the DNA of Manchester United.

"We have intentionally taken cues from the city itself, to provide both the players and travelling fans with a piece of home, wherever they are wearing it." <worried>

<laugh>

I think the concept would work were it not for the Adidas stripes that just make it messy. Like you say the long sleeved is a monstrosity, and the green squares on the sleeves (clearly so the sponsor on the left stands out) make it even worse. The back is like one of our kits from a few years back too, half stripes then a big green bit.

Going back to our own kit for this coming season I wish they would go back to the black socks with white tops rather than the other way around which they seem to be wearing in the USA.

No way can that be real , that makes me think of the film Boy in the striped pyjamas. Oddly enough the boy in the film was called Bruno 🤣

Much ado about nothing if you ask me. Good job female swimmers aren’t body conscious, or female athletes who literally complete in a sports bra and knickers. I presume the female players will be wearing sports bra’s underneath their top.

I do think there's a distinction regarding tight formfitting swimsuits or say beach volleyball swimsuits which are designed and required to be that way, versus non-formfitting jerseys like football jerseys that only then begin clinging and accentuating parts of the body when there's exorbitant sweat.

Putting aesthetics aside, a football top that absorbs and retains sweat after decades of improvements in kit quality to prevent exactly that is pretty piss poor.

I do however wonder if Jacqui Oatley has unintentionally increased the viewing figures on Sunday...

Thank goodness (as far as I know) no teams are wearing grey Castore kits this season, as that's always the worst colour for showing sweat. I haven't seen Spurs actually wear their grey third kit yet, but I'm sure it looks awful by halftime.

If Villa players were fitter they wouldn't sweat at much, but I guess not all clubs are up to Howe standards <roll>
