I want to know why this season there is suddenly a mile of space between midfield and defence every game so far teams are exploiting it, it feels like we have made adjustments to our system and it clearly doesn't work, why we have suddenly stopped doing half of what worked last year is completely beyond me. We spend 5 weeks on the ball pondering what pass to make then seem shocked when the press comes in so we play the ball to someone else who then takes another 5 weeks on the ball and then loses it. Absolute garbage football so far.

I anticipated a second half response. Unfortunately that response seems to be to play worse than in the first half.

Game over and no more than we deserve. Gave him all the space and time he could want. Nobody got close to him. s**** defending.

Do some of the players actually want to try tonight.
It’s like an absolute abdication of responsibility
Unbelievably lazy at the back.
Had to sign a CB in the window and didn’t
Paying the price now

This is good.... get all the losses for the season out the way now. I like their thinking <ok>

I vote we bring in Sharia Law at the club. Next loss and folk start losing digits... may as well. Most of em played like there were already missing a few.

Not even doing the basic passing cleanly
So slow and ponderous
Very unlike what we’ve been used to watching over the last year
One thing the Amazon documentary got right ….. there’s a major drop off in the season following great achievement
We are certainly confirming that so far, absolutely awful

Two piss poor performances in one week. Why did we spend £100m on two back-up full backs and a benched winger? Bizarre
