That yellow card rule is so stupid, the kid had just scored a last minute winner!
And Klopp can’t even fall back on blaming a refereeing decisions

Can't blame the rules, just two profoundly stupid yellows that means he presumably misses the semi?

Sure, stupid on paper. But really, can you blame the kid? He just scored a winning goal in the last minute of extra time to take his team to Wembley, dumping out one of their biggest rivals. He’s also barely had a kick all season but instantly becomes the hero for the day. The rush of adrenaline and emotion must have been off the chart, doubt he’s in the least bit worried (nor should he be) about a yellow card in another attempt by the FA to suck any and all emotion out of the game.

I've never really understand footballers instinctively celebrating by taking off their shirts?...
Re: Weekend football - 16/17 March 2024
I think it was on the ref watch thing on Sky where someone pointed out that law came in 25 years ago, before he was even born. Barely anyone does it now and they always get booked, that's why it's saved for special occasions like that Jonas goal v West Ham.
