If they had Isak up front, they would have won comfortably. That Jackson is garbage at one on ones.
Isak would easily be on 30+ a season if he got the chances that someone like Darwin, Haaland or Jackson gets. Hopefully he’s 30+ for us next season!
Only injuries can stop him, defences can’t.
Supporting the Toon since 1972.

True, sadly! Hopefully if we have a second striker who isn’t crocked 60% of the time then he gets a few more rests (sorry Wilson, love you but we need someone reliable now).

RIP Joe Kinnear

Edit: Just realised that's actually not for Kinnear, but those terrifying mascots were there again today for his. Prominent on MOTD.

Looks like Everton will be stinking out the PL for another season.

This weekend I'll be mostly ironing and shouting for Nottingham Forest & Coventry City.
Well, the highlight so far has been doing the ironing. <erk>

Palace 2-0 up within 20 minutes.

Fucks sake. Hopefully they'll use up all their goals today?

When everyone is fit Palace are a handful, I wouldn’t be unhappy with a draw.

Well with luck, forest can do the job of a stalking horse allowing others to join in and say that enough is enough.

It's all very well having an extra set of eyes, but when there is unconscious big-club bias with just a referee, there is now double big-club bias with the VAR getting in on it too. Forest have probably been hard done by on the whole, although they got a point v burnley that they clearly should not have, and that 3-point swing in their favour now looks huge.

Wolves, burnley this season, Brighton last have all suffered disproportionately. Of course when the single bad decision went against the Scousers we never heard the last of it.
