Clearly been set up just to nullify individual threats, once again tactically abysmal, we still approach games like we are relegation candidates.

Terrible slide tackle attempt by Schar and Burn jogged all the way back down the field behind Nico. I've kinda lost trust in both of them.

I'm almost impressed Schar managed to miss man and ball completely, and then get booked for something utterly pointless 5 minutes later.

We've actually not been too bad, but I was Isak would just have a shot, he'd have a couple of half chances already. Yeah that'll do!

Broadcasters and pundits are cowards, gushing over Chelsea's depth and how half these players didn't have to travel for their European game.

Let's not mention the billion or so spent completely unchecked whilst the rest are having to sell for daring to spend about a quarter of that. 🙄

Settled into this a bit better now.
Still fear for the slow brittle central defence of ours.

This. Can see why we're chasing a pacey and athletic CB like Guehi. It's very much needed as Botman, Schar and Burn aren't no slouches but none are known for there pace and in this modern game you need some sort of pace at the back, especially if Bruno and co are going to leave them exposed as we don't have a Kante / Tiote type player who's dedicated to defending and holding that position it seems the midfield trio just try do a bit of everything but when it comes to defending it doesn't seem to gel as expected that's why we keep conceding goals.

We looked better after Isak scored. Brilliant team goal. Tino linking up play nicely to set up Isak, hopefully that will give him the confidence boost he needs to fire on now!

I think Botman is quicker than you think (or was at least before his injury). Kelly is also quicker than Burn or Schar.

How bad does Burn have to be before Kelly gets to play CB?

Good point. Also Kraft does a solid job at CB and has a bit of pace in that position. We forgot we also got Lascelles in the fold who's due to come back soon that will give us more options. <scratch>

He's not done well with that goal, but he's been one of our better players this season.

I’m torn between saying it’s poor from Pope and that it’s no surprise some softer goals are going in because of the amount of shots we invite…

Barnes hasn’t offered much, with willock on the bench we could try the old Joelinton/Willock alternating left hand side tactic from a year or two ago.

Our passing when in possessions is mostly awful.
We make players stretch and they turn us over.
Far too often when we are building we show little composure.
