Spurs fans on not606 were pretty complimentary when I had a quick look earlier. I think all the London clubs hate each other and hope they get third and us 4th.

I don't think Spearing is atrocious or completely awful, I think he's the definition of average though and he shouldn't really be in our midfield but if the rest of our team was better it wouldn't matter too much. Didn't Spearing play in that 4 nil rout vs Madrid? I might be wrong. Extremely limited player though and I don't think anyone denies it. It's just, we have nothing better atm. If think if the club is smart Spearing will be off loaded (our english player quota is more than filled right?) in the summer and we can get a tidy sum for him from one of the newly promoted sides or lower prem clubs. 4-6m I reckon. If we could get that for N'Gog, we can for Spearing. Get ourselves proper DM covering for Lucas who can also work as a partner. Two birds with one stone right there.

i honestly dont think any would go there.

you look at our players, and one thing about all of them is they give 100% and enjoy the playing. To go to city, you would have to accept there is s agood chance you wont play so just go for the cheque.

also, what teams would our best players go to? Man U are the only real team i can see players leaving us for and even then, who would utd want........Cabaye (they are missing a creative mid) and possibly cisses althought they have a fair few strikers

Liverpool..............well, you know
rest, not pushing for top 6
