This is kinda my fear about this summer, Pards said we would probably wait till after the euros for our main targets and imo thats a big risk, just gives clubs a chance to enter the race for players, and possibility be priced out of move if targets have a good euro.

The longer time passes the less chance we have of getting him, especially if he has a good Euros. Lets face it we aren't going to see much movement in the transfer market until all the Euros are over, for European based players anyway.

I doubt the Chadian Premier League is anywhere near League 1 or 2 standard to be honest. It contains 10 teams all from a single city, and I think they all share the same stadium. In the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederations Cup, none of the Chad sides have ever progressed passed the first round.

I'd say with some confidence that the teams in the Chad Premier League are amongst some of the worst in the world.

The fact that a few teams from that league have managed to progress to 2nd and 3rd place in the Oceania Champions League could put forward the argument that even they aren't as bad as some of the Chad PL teams. I mean I know the CAF CL and cup tournaments are more difficult than any Oceania tournaments but not progressing past even the 1st round, ever, is just atrocious.

Then again, the Vanuatu national team is ranked 171th, so maybe they do suck more.

I think we may have found a winner though. The Turks and Caicos Islands national team is ranked as officially the worst in the world, and they have the 'WIV Provo Premier League': http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MFL_League" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Their shared stadium is a 3,000 seater, none of the teams have Wikipedia pages, none of the players have Wikipedia pages and the official website of the league has had it's website hosting account expired.
