Re: The Match Tickets Thread
Just spent two hours on hold to the Box Office just to clarify that my Travel Group (which is inexplicably not the same as a Friends and Family Group) is correct. And of course it is. Anyway, booked tickets for Man Utd away which gets me to 10 loyalty points finally, which hopefully may open a few doors.

Couldn't believe it, like an excited kid I'd checked my online banking a couple of times this morning but nothing and had given up then bingo payment taken at about 11:30! Email arrived after 5pm and ticket now safely in my digital wallet, whatever that is!seaside nipper wrote: ↑Tue Oct 10, 2023 6:39 pmWell deserved , worth tweaking that algorithm then

1 in 6 for me now but this makes up for all the other failures although it looks like it's going to cost me an arm and a leg with hotels etc, but who cares?!

Re: The Match Tickets Thread
How do you see how many loyalty points you have on the website?
I've managed to regain access to my old account where I had memberships up to 2018/19 with purchases going back to 2011/12 (approx. 25 away games but a few were FA Cup). But I can't see anywhere saying how many loyalty points I have.

Re: The Match Tickets Thread
Also, do away games go to any kind of member ballot or is it purely for ST holders?
I live a couple of miles away from Molineaux so would love to go but have no chance I guess!

Re: The Match Tickets Thread
On the ticket site (book.nufc...) if you go to Personal Details and scroll down loyalty points appear there. No idea whether you'll still have them.
Away games have only gone to ST holders so far, I suppose in theory if one didn't sell out it could go to members but I'd be surprised. Wolves started at 80 points too.

I didn't think loyalty points expired which is one of the reasons some people said the old system was a bit unfair as new fans had no chance?
Edit: found it, zero Don't know why though as some away games were only from a couple of years ago.

Re: The Match Tickets Thread
I don't think they expire as long as your membership had continued, with you ending it and starting afresh they'll have gone. My brother did it, changed job during a summer and let his ST go, then still signed up again before the start of the season but didn't ask if he could link them so lost all his points.
I'm also not even sure Members can accumulate loyalty points these days, might be ST holders only.

Re: The Match Tickets Thread
You can't have loyalty points if you don't have a season ticket
I didn't renew my season ticket for the 19/20 season and I lost all my loyalty points even though I kept a membership throughout the time I didn't have a ST.
When I luckily managed to get a ST again at the start of last season I had to start again from 0 points. This season I managed to get a ticket for Man City away in the ballot and I've just bought a ticket for Man Utd away in the cup so I'm up to 2 points now. They didn't give me a point for my cup final ticket last season.

Ah right didn’t know that you didn’t get loyalty points on memberships anymore! Annoying, but thanks chaps!
Got a membership again anyway so hope to get to a few games from the midlands before Xmas.
