I know the majority on this forum were against this deal but I was looking forward to the excitement of a big money deal. Now it looks like it's all but off and in reflection it's been a good window for us. We might be a CB and LB short but I think we'll have enough to stay up. This. Plus there's every possibility that he goes on a drought between now and the end of the season/gets a bad injury or another striker could become available that Spurs fancy more in the summer. It's a risk WBA are taking for sure.
