I've not really liked the fit of puma kits. I'm not a fat bastard and even the small is a baggy fit.

is there not a way of getting rid of the sponsor? I mean I've had kits where I couldnt stop bits peeling off

You don't need to be short to have a baggy fit. Can be a skinny guy and with for a shirt with long enough body and sleeves it fits too baggy.
