Hope he's starting for them at the weekend. If we just shoot low into the corners then we'll score as many as we want.

Probably there isnt't since he sign a 1-year deal. Or if there is, it's some for symbolic fee.

Yeah, I'd be surprised if there's a fee. Sending a player out on a one year loan when he has a one year contract makes it clear his future. Likely Brighton and NUFC had discussions, and decided to make it permanent. Technically it will be an informal agreement for the time being, the -current- laws not allowing transfers from one club to another until the January window. They'll be a small article on the beeb on wherever on 1/1/18 no doubt. Brilliant signing for them though, and I wish him and them well. Not a fan of the myriad of southern teams in the league, now more than ever, but have a soft spot for Brighton for Hughton's sake. Played better football than Huddersfield last year anarll.

Things going well for Lazaar (from nufc.com):

It's now five Serie A games played this season and five defeats for the promoted side, whose latest reverse came on Wednesday when they were pummeled 0-4 at home by AS Roma.

Achraaf kept his place in the side after Sunday's 0-6 drubbing by Napoli and was withdrawn just after the hour mark with his side three goals adrift.

I think it's the first time that team have ever got into the top league. They're a pretty small club who are clearly out of their depth!
Joe Kinnear: "I think they've got some magnificent midfield players; Tiote, Ben Afri, Yohan Kebab, Sissoko are very solid."

To be fair, they conceded the same number of goals in the 30 minutes after being subbed as they did in the 60 minutes he was on the pitch <roll>

Seems that Sels has been benched by the new Anderlecht boss for the last two matches, and Armstrong wasn't in the match day squad of a god awful Bolton team last weekend.

2 awful loans for Armstrong, can't see this one being extended.

Barnsley started well tbf, maybe he just didn't have the stamina to sustain that level of performance for all of last season.

Maybe his level is just League 1? Shame as I thought he had potential to go on to good things but if he can't even get into a Bolton squad who can't buy a goal then it doesn't look good for him.

Encouraging that Alex Gilliead got his 3rd MoTM award in 5 games for Bradford at the weekend.

Sels on the bench again for Anderlecht, Armstrong played the full 90 minutes for Bolton in their 0-1 loss to Villa.
