They'll need to win 5 or 6 of their last 11 at least to stay up so gotta be gonners now. In a way a Southampton win in the cup might be better as it'll give them extra games.biggeordiedave wrote:It's not looking good. I think the best thing would be for them to beat Southampton in the cup and give them a good distraction, as harsh as that sounds. We need all the help we can get, and a relegation spot being taken early would be perfect.Bodacious Benny wrote:WBA are down, surely.

True. It'll be a shame to see Pards getting relegatedBodacious Benny wrote:They'll need to win 5 or 6 of their last 11 at least to stay up so gotta be gonners now. In a way a Southampton win in the cup might be better as it'll give them extra games.biggeordiedave wrote:

It's the fans' fault for expecting too much, and the media's fault for being negative.TBC wrote:[tweet][/tweet]

Huddersfield (H)
Watford (A)
Leicester (H)
Bournemouth (A)
Burnley (H)
Swansea (H)
Definitely some winnable games there.

To be fair, fans complain all the time about the boredom of being one of those clubs just languishing above the relegation zone, and I can understand why you'd get tired of Pulis' football when you see no progression under him. That is of course until you get relegated and realize 15th in the PL is better than 5th in the Championship.Aldridge Prior wrote:It's the fans' fault for expecting too much, and the media's fault for being negative.TBC wrote:[tweet][/tweet]

There are some clubs who'd give their right arm to be 5th in the Championship after being relegated.I'm over Colo wrote:To be fair, fans complain all the time about the boredom of being one of those clubs just languishing above the relegation zone, and I can understand why you'd get tired of Pulis' football when you see no progression under him. They probably need to win most of those, not happening. Even if they win their next three they'd probably still be in the bottom three.TBC wrote:Their next 6 fixtures are:Bodacious Benny wrote:

I feel like there's a follow-up Sunderland incest joke in there somewhere...but I might leave it to someone else.overseasTOON wrote:There are some clubs who'd give their right arm to be 5th in the Championship after being relegated.I'm over Colo wrote: To be fair, fans complain all the time about the boredom of being one of those clubs just languishing above the relegation zone, and I can understand why you'd get tired of Pulis' football when you see no progression under him. Spurs doing the PL proud against Juve. Honestly, even though they trounced Basel I will never be able to say the same about City because they represent all that is wrong with football at the moment.

38 points should be enough according to Gracenote.

40 still needs to be the aim imo.

Any success that Man C have will be entirely artificial, but every team other than Leicester essentially bought success I guess. I still enjoy watching them play. Unfortunately for Spurs it's their wage and transfer policy that mean they won't win a title.ColbacksFlamingBarnet wrote:Spurs doing the PL proud against Juve.
