Only had one eye on Brazil v Mexico whilst at work, didn't seem to be a huge amount happening. Brazil have been pretty average throughout the tournament, not sure why people are scared to play them.

Fair play he got his goal, but teams in the group stages coped with him perfectly well. Plus Southgate picked 3 or 4 midfielders who don't really get forward or pass the ball forward so should have plenty of men to defend against him should England have to play Brazil in the finalOverseersmademesupportenglandTOON wrote: ↑Mon Jul 02, 2018 3:12 pmI think they call him NeymarBlještav Benny wrote: ↑Mon Jul 02, 2018 2:52 pmOnly had one eye on Brazil v Mexico whilst at work, didn't seem to be a huge amount happening. Apparently this will be the 7th time in a row that Mexico have gone out at this stage

Belgium - Japan 0-2... So far
Re: World Cup 2018 Match Thread
If only Courtois were a few inches taller he might have saved it.

Martinez might well be putting himself firmly in the frame for the Spain job. Was a huge shock when he got the Belgium job in the first place, but you never know.

Putting small bets of 50p on matches with PaddyPower.
Backed Japan to win at 9/1 and Paddy pays out if the team goes 2-0 up.
Thought screw it, put the £5 win on Belgium to win straight away at 15/1.
Happy days.
