League commissioners love to take credit for tv revenues increasing on their watch (Roger Goodell of the NFL and his $60 million per season wages say hello), and I get that it's probably one of the most notable KPIs for evaluating their job (they exist in the position to make money for everyone), but the question still stands whether a different commissioner would have done any worse.
