What formation is this then?

Must be 5 at the back, so murphy playing centre mid with Atsu number 10? Can't see the point in 2 wide men in front of 2 wingbacks.

Maybe it's a flat 5 in midfield with Rondon up top on his own? Playing the Pardew card and slotting Manquillo in as a central midfielder. Most likely it is some kind of wingback system, but I don't have a bloody clue looking at that line up.

Yeah, I quite like Murphy. He doesn't get a lot of game time but he definitely has flashes of ability.
