With four new players on the horizon, the starting XI tonight will be spurred on and put in a shift and hammer Man City 5-0.
20/1 just to win on Ladbrokes. I've stuck a fiver on...
Never in f***ing doubt.

You know you think the love you have for the club is dying... then they go and f***ing pull this out the bag.

So today, I made two decisions.

1) Skip the game and go out for dinner instead (it was a f***ing write off on paper)
2) Start a thread to discuss all the failed signings we should have had

I'm going to add 3) I'm putting £10 on Mike Ashley living until breakfast on Saturday

yeah when was the last time we came from behind? 2015?

SSN just said that was the first time we've come from 1-0 down at home to win since 2006 (vs Reading).

We've broken our transfer record, won a penalty, came from behind to win and beaten Manchester City all in one day.

Did God give Sir Bob the reigns for the day or something?

This is what happens when we just threaten to buy replacements for them. Imagine how easy it would be to win the league if we actually bought players.

I know he gave the ball away a couple of times but again Longstaff didn’t look out of his depth at all against some of the best midfielders in the world. Never scared to get the ball and looking to make space or make a pass.

Yep was good again.

And it was he that was fouled for the penalty.

His positioning is spot on, the number of little tackles and interceptions in the middle of the park was brilliant, and his heights a big help. Superb to get his body in to win the penalty too.
