Newcastle return to Premier League action at St. James' Park on Saturday when they face the Terriers in a 3pm kick-off. Tickets remain on public sale.

NUFC: Rafa Benitez has an almost complete squad at his disposal, although Jonjo Shelvey remains a concern - having trained in Spain but not played in the friendly against CSKA Moscow.

I've put £20 on us to lose at 4/1 to soften the blow.

Perfect results for us tonight, we've played well recently, won the last two at home, got a good run of fixtures coming up, it's the home debut of our record signing, everyone's confident and we're playing a side bottom of the league who are pretty much already down. There's only one outcome, Newcastle 0-1 Huddersfield.

Feeling more of a dour 0-0 with us showing absolutely zero attacking threat and Almiron to only get a 10 minute cameo replacing Rondon.

Seem to have been waiting ages for this game to come around.

Huddersfield will not be able to cope with our free flowing attacking football, 1-0 Toon.

Read all of this until the bottom line fuming that you were being positive and thought we'd won.

Fair play in the end.

Stick with the 5 as long as the wingbacks are positive, I.e. not Dummett. And I like Dummett.

Good to see Miggy starting. No sign of Barecca though, seems odd.

Barecca seems like one of those signings for signings sake. If he couldn’t got in the Monaco team who are floundering near the bottom of the french league then he can’t be very good.

Great to see Almiron starting, will give the entire place a big lift.

Overall I’m happy with that, I’d bring Ki in for Hayden but he’s done okay recently so not awful. Hopefully Ki comes on and shows why he should be starting
