Don't want to sound negative but there's no way we're coming back from this.

Got permission from MrsOT to watch the match in the pub.

All I had to do was promise to sort the garden out tomorrow. She has no idea it's supposed to rain all day.
Maybe she knows exactly that, and see's it as a pennance. Best get the wellies out, OT.

f***ing bastard Rice.
Sunday is going to be feckin torrid.

Overreaction much. Before this we took 13 points from the previous 17.

This is one of the games we can afford to have a ''off-day'' so not too bothered if we don't win, a point would be good but performances have to be consistent too. I just noticed.. No Clark, Fernandez or Kenedy on the bench plus Barreca and Shevely. Shows we do have some actual strength in depth when everyone's fit. <awe>
I have to disagree with that statement massively.

We may have good defensive backups but the rest of the bench is just bad as those that aren't in the squad right now.
Positive thinking. <whistle>

I mean Muto's better than Joselu. Ki / Diame / Shevely are solid experienced Premier League players. Kenedy may have been awful this season but on his day can be a threat. Atsu's not too bad either.. I mean what do we expect? We're a mid-table / bottom half team right now we're not going to have superstars as back-ups/reserves.

Also I guess my 3-1 West Ham's prediction is coming to fruition. Should have put a tenner on it. <awe>

Poor refereeing.

Snodgrass escapes a yellow.

Diop obstructs Lejuene for cross which leads to penalty. Poor.

The scoreline is disappointing but the performance, so far, is even more disappointing.

How is it an overreaction? are you watching the game?

West Ham have barely gotten out of 2nd gear and they are 2-0 up because we are s*** defensively and haven't even had a shot on target.

Because you said ‘another’ useless performance despite the fact we’ve been playing well lately.

Yeah today we haven’t turned up but given we’ve picked up more points lately than any of us expected I’d say we can cut them some slack rather than turning into doomsayers.

Can't complain at the score, we've been second best all over the pitch. Hopefully just a blip.

Based on your response, you do agree with me that we don't have strength and depth then?

I never said that we should have top quality players on the bench, but when your saying that Muto's better than Joselu and we have PL 'experience' on the bench isn't really saying much now is it?

We have played well of late but we've also put in some utterly s*** displays this season as well. <ok>

Just hope the last few games haven't given us false hope as in my opinion, for what it's worth, the poor performances this season have outnumbered the decent ones.

It's been one poor performance in a great run on the last few months though, saying "another s*** performance" is nonsensical given our form. It's like whoever it was saying Burnley were in trouble the other day when they'd gone 10 unbeaten before us.

I'd really like us to show some intent second half. Sod the goal difference for once, get Ki on and try to actually use some of our possession.

Of course they have, that's why we're in a relegation battle. This was never going to be an easy game but it is one we can afford to lose given our points tally.

Was it Perez who did the massive "Fuuuuuuuuuck!" after that? I hope so.

Need an early goal.
