Solid move for all involved there. They get a manager who built his reputation at a similar kind of level. He get's to dip his toe back in the water and build back up, with relatively little in the way of expectation. Plus, in theory you'd think a team that loses it's manager to a "bigger" club, rather than sacking them for poor results or a fallout, will have a stronger structure in place for the next guy.
