A 1-0 home win over Burnley on Boxing Day lengthened Everton's unbeaten league record to four games.
Away from Goodison this season they have won just once; 2-1 at Southampton. Points came at Palace and Manchester United with losses at Villa, Bournemouth, Burnley, Brighton, Leicester and Liverpool.
Ancelotti's last visit to Gallowgate was as Chelsea boss in November 2010, his side recovering from conceding an early goal to Andy Carroll and earning a 1-1 draw.
That was one of three meetings with Newcastle that season and we remained unbeaten in all of them - drawing the away league game 2-2 and recording a 4-3 win at Stamford Bridge in the League Cup.

Re: Match day thread - NUFC v Everton
Everton weren’t good against Burnley, can see this being a 0-0 or 1-1.

How can we be playing 3-5-2 and yet seemingly have zero presence in midfield?
