So our game plan is to sit back, punt it to Carroll who will try and knock it down to ASM and Miggy.

We’d get stuffed if we tried to match them so might as well.

I was optimistic beforehand but that’s suddenly changed!

I wish wish wish we wouldn’t muck about with different keepers for the cups.

Surely there has to be a home win in the quarter-finals!

I don't see why, this is a very strong side for us. Rightly gone 3 at the back, removed Shelvey for some legs in midfield and given Carroll some strong support going forward. You could maybe argue for Dubravka in goal, but you have to play Darlow sometimes.

What odds on Carroll injuring himself taking the knee?

I don’t understand the dropping of Dubravka at all. Guess I’m way more worried with sitting back for 90mins. Hold my hands up if I’m wrong!

This start has made me far less optimistic.

I've been stupid enough to bet on us to win too.

Not sure sitting back and allowing them all of the possession is the best tactic against a very good city
