Considering how much great progressive rock there is, it's such a big shame that the genre has been tarnished forever by awful bands that perform 20 minute long synthesizer solos, wear medieval clothing and prance around like a bunch of tosspots.

So many people have the preconception that it's longwinded, boring and for 60 year old dorks. Shame .

Christopher Lee is a perfect case in point. How the hell could he think a concept album about Charlemagne would be a good idea!
