Yeah they end/begin at a perfectly synchronised time!
I want to know about the veracity of Darkest Hour, like the part on the train to name an example. I imagine it’s creative license but what a weird little tale of it was true
Yes I was thinking that. I was also thinking that it was the longest tube ride between stops in history! Maybe the underground was much slower in the 1940s
I don't know how factual the Lord Halifax bits were, but it's interesting to wonder what would have happened had he accepted the role and decided to pursue a peace negotiation (under Nazi terms). How different would Europe be now...

Yeah he was brilliant wasn't he.
I've just finished The Sinner on Netflix, definitely recommend it.

So has there ever been a good adaption other than the Green Mile of a Stephen King book made into a film? Just seen the new IT film, pile of s****. At best it's a 3/10.

Dolores Claiborne, Misery or Shawshank (not one of my fav movies but good for a Stephen king) don't watch the netflix pile of s**** that is 1922
or if you're a Arnie fan then there's Running man

Didn't realise the Shawshank redemption was Stephen king so that's 2 good ones!

I thought the version of Gerald's Game on Netflix was quite good.

Watched ready player one yesterday, was pretty good, lots of nostalgia incorporated mixed with some more recent references, also there is a scene based around a cult classic horror film which was amazing and probably my favourite part of the movie.

Re-watching WestWorld Season 1 ahead of Season 2 getting released later this month, thought it was great at the time and it's just as good re-watching it.

Tbf it was first aired 18 months ago and I'm mainly rewatching it as I can't remember what happened so I'm refreshing myself before the second series...

There isn't actually that much to spoil, more to discuss ideas etc. This episode was more of a set up, asking questions for later, but...
Dolores has gone complete 180 in personality, also Delos is gathering DNA and guest experiences. We don't know why yet, but I can't see why other than for making clones. This could be to sell to people, a la "The Island" or it could be assassinate world leaders etc and replace them with controllable clones.
I also think Bernard is know to be a host by the humans and they are looping him and using him.

Ok, so i'm arriving late to Westworld. Season 1 box set just arrived and i'm planning to binge watch to catch up.
I know Season 2 Episode 2 is this sunday night, but does anybody know if their are catch ups of episode 1 and if so when? Hoping I can watch all ten episodes and then a re-run before sunday night.
