Escape Plan

Post by Henry Hoover » Thu Oct 24, 2013 10:39 pm

Anyone else seen this?

I was pleasantly surprised by it I must say. For a film that on paper seemed quite <erk> it was executed brilliantly and I must say I thoroughly recommend it.

A friend of mine who likes that type of film said he didn't really enjoy it. I've only seen the trailer and thought it looked quite s*** so..

You pay to see it?

Yeah I did. It's not your typical Arnie/Sly/Expendable film by any stretch, its a lot more complex than the usual which is constant shooting and explosions which may explain why he never favoured it. They surprisingly play a lot more serious roles in my view, and do it fairly well.
