The whole Walt on the phone to Skyler part of Ozymandias, Walt changing Holly and she says 'Mama', Walt running over the drug dealers for Jesse, the final scene where he's in the Nazi meth lab.

There're way too many to name all of my favourite moments but basically occasions where Walt shows some humanity or love are my favourite.

Ozymandias was easily the best episode but I'd say my favourite moment was the end of the train heist episode. Gave you that brief moment of ecstasy and relief before bringing you back down to earth in brutal fashion.

The whole Walt on the phone to Skyler part of Ozymandias, Walt changing Holly and she says 'Mama', Walt running over the drug dealers for Jesse, the final scene where he's in the Nazi meth lab.

The underlined wasn't actually meant to happen like that, but the baby's mam was behind Cranston during filming so it started saying 'mama' and he improvised.
