I haven't watched much of house, but I totally get what you mean about the facial expressions and his accent could well be based on his as well. It hadn't occured to me but now I don't think i'll ever see his performance any other way now!skalpel wrote:Glad to see I'm not alone in thinking this. I noticed it to a lesser extent last season but this episode was so similar that I was reasonably creeped out by it; the scene with Cersei at the table was basically House.Mifune wrote:
I thought the exact same thing.

Re: Game of Thrones?
I'm going to watch it tonight. I think it might be best that anyone who wants to discuss episode 2 puts NSFW around their text in case of spoilers for those who watch it on sky etc.Pull the Arfa One wrote:Downloading it right nowbeardface wrote:Apparently episode 2 is available online. In no way a spoiler, but better safe than sorry...

I edited my original post by typing that. I just pointed out there is no button for me to press. NSFW is much easier. Next time I wont use anything at all and I will spoil Game of Thrones for you.

I'm sure I also saw The Orgazoid from that disturbing Peep Show episode as the Knights Watch guy who said he could shave a spider's bollocks.

English/generally non-American actors must love fantasy films/series. Gives them a chance to become badass warriors, instead of whatever mediocre roles they've had before, through having the right accents.
