I don't buy into the Ruiz didn't train properly angle, I think it was deliberate, they bought into the "AJ doesn't have a chin" bollocks, he just got caught on the temple in the first fight, that would have scrambled anyone's brains, to me it seems like they wanted him to throw bombs so went for the extra weight, got embarrassed in the ring and made an excuse, people need to remember in the build up, the Ruiz camp was banging on about him being in the best shape of his life, released old pictures of him all to make AJ camp think he was training a certain way then he comes in a lot heavier, that doesn't sit right with me.

I am disappointed for the French boxer Cissokho, he was on the card for Joshua Usyk, but he got an injury and he is going to be forfeit :/ This was supposed to be a big mouv for his career

AJ is finished, I don't really like saying that about fighters after losses but f*** me his head has gone, mentally he's shot. Imagine having every physical advantage over a more skilled nimble opponent and trying to out box him in back to back fights when Usyk is clearly lightyears ahead of you. Imagine being notorious for gassing late in fights and choosing those rounds to actually assert any physical pressure. Pretty embarrassing performance and judging by the post fight he knows it.

He's finished.

They’re both winners…£££££££££££££.

I did read that the Saudi broadcasters gave the rights for free to Ukrainian TV so fair play on that.

Well. If I knew how to do that I would have.

Great fight though.

Fury should have taken a knee in that round he got knocked down and on to the ropes. He was adamant he wasn't going to get knocked down and took more of a battering then needed. He takes a knee straight away in that round. He wins the fight. IMO. Would love to see a rematch.

I think a rematch was already in the contract before the fight, so you’ll get your wish!

I thought Fury was very lucky to make it through the 9th round - a different ref and the fight could have been over, he was out on his feet. Usyk thoroughly deserved the win and I had him up by 4 rounds.

I don't know what's happened to Fury - I can't tell if his head's gone or he's just s***... or both, but he looks finished. He was terrible against Ngannou and I thought he lost that fight, but I put that down to underestimating Ngannou with it being his first boxing fight and not preparing properly - but this was for all the belts and undisputed... so what's his excuse this time around? At this point I think even AJ would beat Fury. I guess we'll find out for sure in the rematch.

Happy for Usyk though, he's a really likeable guy and a top boxer.

He's not been the same since Ruiz. Hates being under pressure and Dubois f***ing swarmed him. Can't see him winning the rematch if there is one, but whether it happens or not I don't think that's the last we'll see of AJ.

One punch and he's screwed same v ruiz just cannot take a punch, if he thought what he brought to the ring tonight was enough to defeat Dubois he has seriously underestimated the power of his opponent and he knew that from the first punch

He was finished after the second Usyk fight. He's just not mentally strong enough, was rumours way back that he'd had a massive panic attack or something before the first Ruiz fight. You kinda saw him break publicly after that Usyk one when he grabbed the mic and pretty much embarrassed himself.

I feel sorry for him on some levels because he did go after the best fighters, for that I still put him above Fury in terms of his record.

I am slightly pissed off that Fury & Wilder never got to fight AJ when they were all flying in the division, I blame the former 2 for that, I think they played silly games, both tried the Floyd route of hand picked fights, AJ at that time was their boogyman and I think they genuinely resented the idea of him becoming undisputed, and also that he was the biggest draw in HW boxing.

Dubois done enough to deserve another shot at the world titles, he won millions of new fans with that performance, me included, majority of his first professional fights as he was moving up the ranking were 1st round knockouts and the reason why was there for all to see, zero respect for Joshua from the first bell, no pratting about just instantly tried to knock him out!!..... and fighters like that, especially the big heavyweights will always sell out big fights like this, for all of Joshua's posing Dubois never appeared too concerned, but hey why the hell should he?,. With that punching power he won't feel intimidated by anybody.

Yeah I remember loads of rumours circulating before that fight - the one I heard was that he got dropped hard in sparring. And he's definitely had a crisis of confidence since Ruiz, he's been more conservative and a bit gun-shy since then. I think we saw glimpses of how he used to be when he was on top when he fought Wallin - he dismantled him - a fighter Fury struggled against. After that fight it felt like the tide was turning again and a fight against Fury was on the horizon, with Fury looking **** in his last 2 fights against Ngannou and Usyk.

But now? f*** knows. I still haven't made my mind up about Fury - whether he got lazy and hasn't been training properly or if he's actually s*** and has been found out. Guess we'll found out in December.

He's obviously not s*** the way he knocked wilder about, just nowhere near prepared for usyk, he's never exactly been ripped like Joshua but hasn't needed to, his height, reach and natural power have always seen him thru but after his defeat to ngannou (I know he was given it but we all know who the real winner was) he had six months to prepare for usyk yet still had two inches of flab hanging over his shorts.

I still think he can beat the gappy teeth rabbit in the rematch but needs a lot more time in the gym
