Gunna chuck quite a bit of money on Long Run to beat Kauto Star. Can't imagine it being great odds but I don't think Kauto will win this, despite how immense he is.

Wahey a post. Not a total fail of a thread then. <laugh>

Get on Long Run ante-post with Paddy Power at 2/1. Then back him again on the day if the price is better, but I can't see it. Pretty much a certainty though. I would maybe stick a fiver on the forecast too.

My mate is at the festival now. He had the first winner today, Cinders and Ashes, £15 each way at 10/1.

I had Long Run with a just win at 3's, McCoy again, he always wins when I don't back him! Well done though I suppose. I was gutted when Kauto Star was labouring because of his injury.

Yeah, it's a shame. My mate had £50 on Long Run and £30 on Kauto <erk>. I had a shitty placepot and was out in the first race as usual <grr>. Cracking year though, great festival.
