Tennis Queen's final

Post by Goat » Sun Jun 17, 2012 2:50 pm

Anyone watching? Nalbandian has just been disqualified for kicking an advertising board which snapped and injured a line judge sitting just behind it. So now Cilic has won the title but he's just sitting there a bit miffed at how it's all came about.

<facepalm>

What a crazy way for a final to end <yikes>

Shouldn't be booting hoardings though, especially not when a line judge is about 10 cm's behind it <laugh>

Even if the hoarding didn't snap, the judge was so close behind it it would have been a hell of a shock anyway and very aggressive. Such a <disgrace> moment

Was a stupid thing to do, the linesman was right there, he should have just smashed his racket instead, less harmful all round.

His little speech was awful. Just made him look 10x worse.

The guy's trying to do him for assault now. <disgrace> It looked a nasty cut, but f***ing hell, why do people have to drag everything through the courts? It benefits no one.
