Part of me hopes that he fights one of those two too soon so that they destroy him once and for all.Don Sholeone wrote: ↑Sun Jun 10, 2018 8:44 amFury looked absolutely dreadful , he's a long long way off fighting AJ and Windmill Wilder, a semi competent boxer would have been very dangerous for him last night, no wonder they picked an absolute joke opponent.

He looked s***. It was a fix. Seferi quit on his stool and didn't even take much punishment.

Yeah it was very bizzare, felt like Fury was parodying himself too, people paid for boxing not him acting like a clown, does all feel very set up to be honest.Chappy Al-Shabab wrote: ↑Sun Jun 10, 2018 9:27 amHe looked s***. It was absurd that that was top of the bill. The world title fight before it between Flanagan and Hooker was brilliant and well worth the watch. Some of the scores were a bit odd, mind.

28th July: O2 Arena, London - Dillian Whyte v Joseph Parker (heavyweight), Dereck Chisora v Carlos Takam (heavyweight), Kell Brook v Brandon Cook (super-welterweight), Katie Taylor v Kimberley Connor (WBA & IBF world lightweight)
What a bill that is! I'm going to say Whyte inside 8 rounds. Takam points. Brook with two knockdowns but points decision. Taylor on points.

Awesome bill.
Might see if I can get tickets for that!
Edit: Nope. Not paying £100 a seat!

GGG got robbed again! Can't see him taking a 3rd fight in America

Hardly. It could have gone either way.Don Sholeone wrote: ↑Sun Sep 16, 2018 5:54 amGGG got robbed again! Can't see him taking a 3rd fight in America
I scored it a draw myself with 4 rounds even.
He took the first fight though IMO. I reckon we'll see at least another 2 fights though. Who wouldn't want to see that again?

So the club don't want free advertising
It's not like he's making commercial gain out of it so seems pretty petty and pointless.

It's ridiculous. Look at Bellew and Everton, that is how it should be done.

Best I can tell it's something to do with this on his website. Apparently though it's just an image and the actual merchandise isn't sold that way. Ritson himself said that he doesn't make any profit on that stuff either. However, playing devil's advocate for a bit, if you just take that image and run with it, can sort of see why the club wouldn't be happy. Although as always they have been far too heavy handed in the way it's been handled.

Cracking little bill this tonight. Looking forward to the big one shortly. Would love Bellew win it, but think Usyk will have too much for him.
