Noticed there wasn't a Basketball thread on here so I though I'd make one.
What's everyone's take on Linsanity?
He got found out a bit last night, but he was playing against the Heat. I've been impressed with him on the most part, however I think the media is exaggerating his talent.

Eagles currently on Sky Sports 3, with Vicky Gommersall presenting, never thought she'd know anything about Basketball.

Watched that. The standard is pretty low when you watch it compared to NBA <laugh> so many missed frees!

Well the vast majority of them are Americans who generally aren't good enough for over there.

Yehuh, was talking to a guy from Queens who said their crowds had been in decline for years.

I believe they got bought out with Jay-Z being one of the investors and moved into the brand new Barclays stadium- we swung by there a few months ago and it looks really impressive. <ok>

It's a shame how franchising works, could you imagine if it occurred as frequently as it does in the US in the UK? There'd be uproar.

Shame. Can't stand Lebron James!

Did you see all the Miami fans who left early and tried to get back in once they realised it went to OT? All the stadium staff were closing the doors like "nope!" <laugh>

I didn't! I've not been able to watch any of the series live as I've had exams all during the series but I finished today and was praying for game 7. Heat win in 7th I'd think!
