He's very much a form player, when he's good, he sees the ball so well, when he's bad, he looks awful

Another overseas batsman for the T20 and an overseas batsman in the other competition and I could see Durham winning everything this year. Also just heard on twitter that Radio Newcastle will be covering the same Durham as last year again.

Totally forgot about it, should do this but then New Zealand lost yesterday from a better situation than this.

Afraid so think we'd have won if Bopara hadn't been dismissed.

Good win today. Still dont think we have the right formula with bopara and patel in the side, both seem to be bits and pieces cricketers to me, rather than genuine batting or bowling allrounders.

Great win. Fitting end to the series really, they whitewash us in the tests, we whitewash them in the ODI's then the T20s go down to the last ball. Bairstow's run out of Afridi was inspired, great response after his howler a few balls earlier.

Patel and Tredwell called into test squad, Morgan and Onions dropped, think we might win this series 2-0.

No great surprise that either have been dropped.
Also this means we have 4 options of spin bowling if needed. I no both Patel and Pieterson are favourable more batsmen but they can still turn there arm if needed, especially Patel.

Remember watching Patel in a cup match at Durham for Notts and he was better than Swann that day. So he could be a handful.

Briggs/Borthwick should be in before Treadwell. Also does Patel's inclusion mean we will play 5 bowlers as he can bat

Exactly why it's a good move to bring Patel in just hope we bat him at 6 or 7. Would probably go for the following batting order.
Strauss
Cook
Trott
Pietersen
Bell
Prior
Patel
Broad
Swann
Anderson
Panesar

Doubt Tredwell will even play.
