Today is going to be a very dark day for International Athletics.
So far:
The World Anti Doping Agency (WADA) have said that Russia should be suspended from competition until improved measures are taken and they've also accused the Russian government of 'direct intimidation' over their Moscow doping lab, which they say should lose its accreditation.
Also, 5 athletes and 5 coaches should be given lifetime doping bans. No mention of who they are though.
Details have been passed onto Interpol for further investigation.
The IAAF was implicated in covering up the doping abuse.

Man, I always thought athletics was dope, until I found out that it's actually doped. But seriously, all puns aside, athletics needs to long-jump into the 21st century and clamp down on this stuff.

"State supported cheating, evidence destroyed..."
I recall that all the documents for the Russian 2018 bid were also destroyed because the Russian bid team rented computers that were trashed after they won the World Cup.
