Six Nations 2016

Post by overseasTOON » Thu Feb 04, 2016 1:36 pm

And it’s that time of the year again!

Saturday 6 February
14.25 France v Italy
16.50 Scotland v England

Sunday 7 February
15.00 Ireland v Wales

Saturday 13 February
14.25 France v Ireland
16.50 Wales v Scotland

Sunday 14 February
14.00 Italy v England

Friday 26 February
20.05 Wales v France

Saturday 27 February
14.25 Italy v Scotland
16.50 England v Ireland

Saturday 12 March
13.30 Ireland v Italy
16.00 England v Wales

Sunday 13 March
15.00 Scotland v France

Saturday 19 March
14.30 Wales v Italy
17.00 Ireland v Scotland
20.00 France v England

Can England redeem themselves after a dire World Cup campaign?
Can Scotland keep the momentum going after a valiant display at the World Cup or is the battle back on again with Italy to avoid the Wooden Spoon?
Will Ireland retain the title?
Can Wales claim the title after coming so close last year?
Will France have a better campaign?
Will Italy please stop finishing ahead of Scotland!!!!

After the Home Nations and France were all knocked out of the World Cup by the Southern hemisphere nations in the quarter finals, the battle for bragging rights starts afresh.

As long as they don't make amends tomorrow evening I'll be very happy.

Hopefully England fail miserably again. I'd like the Irish to win it (or the Scots, but even I know they're s***).

Think England will do better than their World Cup showing. As long as Wales don't win it I'll be fine.

That was a tough game, glad we got the win tho. 500 odd minutes since Scotland have got a try against England at Murrayfield <laugh>

Poor game really though. Not an awful lot in it and still we suffered from ill discipline. At least we won though.

Despite the two defeats you've improved loads since last Six Nations. I hope you're this good next year...

Yeah. Better than last week and more convincing in the second half but still frustrating at times. Especially the penalty count again.

It'll end up costing us.

Unfortunately I see Wales winning it this time around.

Could win the Grand Slam playing awfully for the entire tournament. France won't pose a threat. It all comes down to the Wales game. <awe>
