Great race in the end, just shows how close a lot of the teams are, would have been a brilliant season if not for how good RB and Max have been.

Sainz's race management the best I've seen.

Yeah, it was right up there wasn't it and amazing that he could be thinking like that while driving a car that had killed its tyres in one of the most draining races of the year.

Shame there wasn't another couple of laps as Hamilton did look quite racy and seemed to have looked after his tyres a bit better to have a crack at Lando and Sainz.

Decent sprint race. Encouraging that some teams seem to have closed the gap to Red Bull but will need to see what happens over the winter.

A lot of drivers have been talking about how brutal the race was with the high temperature and the enforced tyre duration.

Think it was Ocon who said he threw up in his helmet and Stroll mentioned he felt like he was passing out at certain stages.

Hoping for a good race today. One of the tracks where overtaking is possible.

Max will just race off to the lead but could have a tasty battle for the rest of the podium and points.

Great finish, glad Alonso held onto p3!

Lando in a car that’s on a par with Verstappen one million percent wins multiple races.

Sainz has a 10 place grid penalty because the track wasn't suitable for an F1 car!

Ferrari should sue.

Well for all the farce, it delivered a good race tbf. Lots of unknowns, three different race leaders, slippery surface giving teams and drivers something to think about…worst bit was Bieber waving the flag.

Final race of the season and thank Christ it's over as it's been primarily truly f***ing dull.

A few good races such as Singapore where Sainz drove a blinder, the Austin GP with Alonso and Vegas was actually decent.

Really hope that Merc, Ferrari, McLaren and Aston Martin can catch up with development and bring a challenge to Red Bull because seeing Max pull out a 2 second lead before DRS kicks in and then running away with it was so boring.

I'll look back fondly on the glitz and glamour of an F1 weekend as cars scream around a convention centre on the outskirts of Madrid or the car park of a football stadium in Miami.

So many great racetracks in the world and we end up with this?

Andretti won't be allowed to enter F1 in 2025 or 2026 because the Andretti team don't bring anything to boost the prestige of F1.

Erm.

Haas. The "we'll brand any car" of RB sister team. Lance f***ing Stroll. Racing in American car parks.

Hamilton to Ferrari in 2025 will ruffle a few feathers!

Can't see Leclerc being happy with that as Hamilton won't be going as a #2 driver! Sainz to Red Bull to replace Perez in 2025, perhaps. Lando to Merc? Tho that may be a stepdown as McLaren were looking the better car for a lot of last season...

I'm not a gamer really, but went to the F1 arcade in Birmingham yesterday and it was really decent - full racing sim experience: https://f1arcade.com/

We've got one in central London and been thinking of booking something with miniOT and a few mates or head off to a go kart track for an afternoon to physically race stuff.

Is the SIM experience good and how long does it last?
