Grand National 2018

Post by Bodacious Benny » Thu Apr 12, 2018 8:23 pm

Anyone got any (good) tips for the Grand National, I usually set aside £20 3 or 4 bets but know nothing about horse racing.

If it's wet you want a horse with big hooves to get through mud.

If it's windy you want a horse with a big tail to help steer.

If it's dry you want a horse with a big hump like a camel so it won't dehydrate.

With the National you'll do just as well picking names you like as you would listening to tipsters.

Spent £20 and had one horse place in the end which gave me £3 so I backed Bournemouth to draw this evening with the winnings and now I'm broke.

They're not bad in a Maltese stew or a brasciole.
