So I've been playing on Stardew Valley, and at the start it asks you to put in your character' favourite thing,
I'd forgotten about it until:

best part is, stardrops give you more energy

I'd recommend Behold the Kickmen on Steam. From the maker of the Swindle, its a footy game by someone who knows nothing about football because he thinks its boring. Completely silly and with purposefully silly rules, terminology and sense of humour. It's like £2.50 as well

Ive been playing a few of these retro styled Indie games recently, Domina is quite fun, you run a gladiator school in ancient rome and its all in 8-bit, also been playing a survival sim called Neo Scavenger also playing The Escapists too.Beatski wrote:So I've been playing on Stardew Valley, and at the start it asks you to put in your character' favourite thing,

I've been playing a survival/city builder game called Life Is Feudal: Forest Village. Cannot drag myself away from it at the moment.

I've never played banished but comments on youtube vids suggest that yes they are very similar. Get the general impression that many banished players see it as a visually improved version with some strategic improvements.Beatski wrote:seems quite a bit like banished?

The fpv is nice from a visual point of view. Looking around your village at ground level, the detail is pretty impressive. Plus you can walk into the buildings and if necessary pick up and transport key materials to where they are needed. As sometimes the delegated workers take too long doing it left to themselves and you end up critically short in certain goods. The main use I have for the fpv is to take up a bow and defend livestock from predators. Especially critical when you have just built a chicken coop, pig sty or cattle farm and you only have one animal to start with. If it gets killed before reproducing you are screwed.
It is a new game though so going through regular development upgrades so expecting further improvements to game play etc.
Fun game though, i'm slightly addicted at the moment.

Re: The Ameobi Arcade
Bought Project Cars 2 last week, bloody difficult but starting to get the hang of it. Won my first race on career mode last night (starting at the lowest Formula level). At the end of last week I was finishing last by a long way
The realism and amount of tracks and cars is superb. You can race at places like the historic Spa circuit and the full Le Mans circuit (can even do a real time Le Mans 24 hour race if you didn't have a life...).
Really detailed game with setup etc. It's not a game where you can just floor it and go, even things like hitting standing water will unsettle the car.
