It's not supposed to end WoW, only time (it seems to have peaked) and the next Blizzard MMO will leave a dent. There's plenty of stuff on youtube that expresses the gameplay better than my words can.

When Guild Wars 2 launches, you will also have the option to play with your friends on another world with our free “guesting” feature. With guesting, your characters can play on any world where you have friends—with certain restrictions. For instance, you will not be able to participate in WvW while guesting.

Once you logged in it should take you to here https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/index#post23793 and you click "News and Announcements" at the bottom in grey writing then on getting started and scroll to the top for the executable file.

Quite a lot of "worlds" for a beta :D does that mean they sold a lot of copies?

Got my email earlier this morning, all downloaded and good to go now. Yeah that is a lot of servers, I wonder whether they'll all be available immediately on launch / in beta? Should make WvW good having so many servers. It's possible that they want smaller server communities so that overpopulation doesn't ruin the game.

looks like I can't play it this weekend as tonight was my only free time, and log in issues + so much lag (

at logging me out for inactivity though. Only took 5 mins to catch up on the internets, and now I can't get back in.
