I'm f***ing sick of Man City me like. The useless cunts, a player of my stature should be winning everything there is to win in football not finishing 3rd in the league. I should be playing for Barca or something me man.

Since we're over 30 and starting to decline, decided to put together something that shows our stat progression over the years. The years are indicated in cyan. 12 = 2012, 18 = 2018, etc. Also current you's profile on the left, 2012 you on the right.

I'll holiday for a few years at a time and round things up. Frequency of updates depends on how long they take, will likely go into a lot less detail once we're staff since uni will be back and this takes a good 3-4 hours per update at the moment.

Germany - Alf Griffiths
Netherlands - Neville Doakes (captain), Kingsley Ngo Baheng (vice-captain)
Scotland - No one.

Group Stages

GROUP A
England, Romania, Russia, Serbia

GROUP C
Belgium, Bosnia & Herz, Netherlands, Turkey

GROUP D
Israel, Germany, Portugal, Wales

Reigning champions Ireland didn't qualify, Scotland did.

SUNDAY 11TH JUNE

Germany 4 - 1 Israel
Alf starts at MC in a standard 4-3-3. Despite the scoreline, chances and possession are fairly even. Alf scores one and assists one.
Griffiths - 7.2

MONDAY 12TH JUNE

England 1 - 0 Romania
An unexpectedly close and boring affair. England win through an early goal from Derek Lamb, assisted by Searobi. England line-up in a narrow, attacking 4-2-3-1 with Searobi up front, Sparshott AMR and G MC. Langley comes on with 15 to go. TL G dictates the play and earns man of the match. Sparshott booked.
TL G - 8.1
Langley - N/A
Sparshott - 6.9
Searobi - 7.0

TUESDAY 13TH JUNE

Netherlands 2 - 0 Turkey
Kingo starts up front and Doakes at the back in a wide 4-4-2 diamond. Netherlands dominate and go ahead through early Kingo goal, Otto finishes the job with 10 to go. Doakes barely touches ball other than 6/6 tackles and 6/6 headers.
Doakes - 7.3
Ngo Baheng - 7.2

FRIDAY 16TH JUNE

Germany 1 - 1 Portugal
Alf doesn't start and is a late sub. Even, boring game.
Griffiths - N/A

SATURDAY 17TH JUNE

England 0 - 0 Russia
Same line-up as last time and again a boring game with few chances. Langley brought on at same point. Sparshott attemped the most passes, but misplaced a third of them.
TL G - 6.8
Langley - N/A
Sparshott - 7.7
Searobi - 7.2

SUNDAY 18TH JUNE

Netherlands 2 - 0 Belgium
Kingo scores a first minute goal, with his partner doubling up 5 minutes later. Doesn't do much else and is subbed after 64 mins following a red card to a defender. Doakes disappoints by losing a tackle, 8/9 tackles, 6/6 headers, 9 interceptions.
Doakes - 8.5
Ngo Baheng - 6.8

TUESDAY 20TH JUNE

England 2 - 1 Serbia
Langley replaces Lamb at AMC. Yet another game of few chances, but this time England take theirs. Searobi scores his 100th England goal early in the second half, soonafter followed by a goal from Langley. Sparshott assisted one of these, again attempted most passes and another booking, suspended for a game. TL G largely bypassed. Searobi man of the match. England top the group and all but Serbia progress.
TL G - 6.5
Langley - 7.0
Sparshott - 8.5
Searobi - 8.6

WEDNESDAY 21ST JUNE

Germany 4 - 0 Wales
Alf returns at MC and does horribly despite the result, subbed off at half-time and 1-0. Germany dominate possession by somehow Wales match them on chances. Obviously Germany took theirs. Germany top group and all but Wales (0 points, 0 for, 11 against) progress.
Griffiths - 7.2

Netherlands 3 - 1 Bosnia & Herz
B&H get an early goal this time, but Netherlands quickly equalise. Kingo gives them the lead with half an hour on the clock and is subbed early in the second half. Doakes has a poor game after being moved to left-back, still 4/4 tackles and 6/6 headers. Netherlands top group and Belgium also progress.
Doakes - 6.6
Ngo Baheng - 7.8

Scotland joined Wales in the 0 points club, although they did manage to score two goals.

2nd Round

SATURDAY 24TH JUNE

England 3 - 2 Czech Republic
Langley's rival Lamb filled in for suspended Sparshott on the right and scored a first minute goal to get England off to a good start. Not to be outdone, Langley doubled the lead with just 10 minutes on the clock, before the Czechs hit back twice by the half hour mark. A last minute penalty saw England progress.
TL G - 7.3
Langley - 7.5
Searobi - 6.9

MONDAY 26TH JUNE

Netherlands 3 - 1 Iceland AET
Kingo scores yet another early goal, then nothing happens for 80 minutes and Iceland equalise. The game goes to extra-time and Netherlands score twice to prevent any chance of another late equaliser. Doakes stomped all over these puny humans, 10/10 tackles, 9/9 headers, 8 interceptions.
Doakes - 8.2
Ngo Baheng - 8.6

MONDAY 27TH JUNE

Germany 2 - 1 Slovenia
Alf doesn't start. Germany get a second minute penalty and score from the rebound. Slovenia equalise and go on to control the game, but the Germans nab a late winner. Alf is a 56th minute sub, does little.
Griffiths - 6.8

Quarter Finals

FRIDAY 30TH JUNE

England 2 - 3 Italy
Sparshott returns at the cost of Hughes, not Lamb. TL G is injured and subbed in the second minute because he bruised his shin... Lamb scores on the half hour mark, Italy equalise in the second half and England captain Chalobah gives them the lead through an own goal soonafter. Searobi gets angry and equalises before Italy get the winner with 20 minutes to go. There were only 8 shots on target this match, and it was even on just about everything. f*** TL G.
TL G - N/A
Langley - 7.0
Sparshott - 6.8
Searobi - 7.9

SATURDAY 1ST JULY
