He's unreal! how do you train a player properly?
Get all the best coaches, use the right tutors with the 'improve their game' option, plenty of game time especially at CL level if possible, pick the right attributes to improve individually
I dunno

you need to go to your training and assign each coach to one duty (in their strongest area), then see where your weaknesses are and sign coaches with high stats in the areas you're weakest in. You should aim for at least 4.5 stars in each training area. Shooting is the only one you might not be able to get over 4 stars in
I dunno

Can't think of any off the top of my head. Best thing to do is just go to a staff search, have your assistant leave out unrealistic transfers and pick them by their coaching attributes. Anything above 17 is good
I dunno

Just randomly noticed Aleksandar Mitrović in my game. Looks awesome, plus he is a Newcastle fan <awe> Going to have to sign him when I start a new save.

14 games in and ive just went top after beating Swansea 4-3 away and West Ham 4-1 at home. I got told in a press conference I have the best passing the league. With Newcastle, that is unheard of <laugh>

Team is so inconsistent, can win 4 games in a row then dominate and draw 4 games in a row with the opposition having like 2 shots and two two goals :(

Adam Campbell top scored in Scottish Prem with 17 and guided Inverness (on loan) to the title finishing 1 point above Celtic, what a guy <awe>

Thanks, I'll try this on my new save. I'm starting one now, want to do a squad overhaul

Really into a West Brom save at the moment, back to back titles with Pjanic getting the most goals in the league as well as the most assists <awe>

Is our transfer budget the same? Has Kinnear gone?
