I have a bunch of spare games for Steam, it's Christmas-ish, so I'm going to try to give them away.

There are around 40 prizes in the pot at the moment (mostly indie stuff / spares from Humble Bundles), I may top it up with some games from the impending sale if there's any particularly good offers on.

If you want in and were a registered user before this thread started, just post in here and you'll probably get things.

I'll probably use RandomPicker to assign prizes on Christmas Eve, but it depends on how many people are interested I guess.

I'd have to look into how gifting games works, but I've got a few games I got in bundles I have no intention of playing I might be able to throw in

If we're talking Humble Bundles, it varies by what their policies were at the time. Up to 9 or 10 they only gave you keys, so those would have to be manually sent to people for them to redeem, after that they added a gifting feature alongside their automatic redemption to Steam. If you've already used the key or added the game to your account, you can't gift that.

I didn't keep my emails with the spare keys in because I thought I wasn't going to use them <cry>

Use https://www.humblebundle.com/home" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to access/claim all the bundles you've bought. Once you've got all your bundles in an account, you can find a list of unclaimed games at the bottom, and all your keys on the specific bundle pages it links to in the "All Your Purchases" section. It gets hard to tell what you've got available if you've opened keys only to not add them to your Steam account though.
